How do I make a Return?

Please contact us quoting your order number and reason for return. You'll be sent an email with instructions and your returns label that you'll need to attach to your parcel. Please remember to keep your proof of postage. As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 30 days for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account.

What is your Returns Policy?

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unused and unwashed.
    • Items must have all tags attached and in their original packaging.
    • We offer FREE returns for U.K mainland customers however you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to CushionDept.com.
    • Refunds will automatically be applied to the original payment method.
    • We only refund the cost of the item(s) and not Delivery.
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
    How long do I have to Return an item?

    You are able to return unsuitable items within 30 days of receipt. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.

    What do I do if my product is faulty?

    Sorry you have received a faulty item! Please contact our Customer Services quoting your order number and reason for return/exchange using our Contact Form.

    How long does it take to process my Return?

    I want to Return an item but have lost my delivery note

    If you wish to return your cushions but have lost your delivery note quoting your order number, please check for your order confirmation on your account or your emails. Here’s how:

    • First, log into your account here
    • Check your order history and select the order you want to return
    • Got it? Now print the order details quoting the order number
    • Place this inside your parcel with your cushions

    Please Note:

    • Please remember to keep your proof of postage when making a Return.
    • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange for the same item, please contact us quoting your order number and reason for exchange.
